or the Executive Summary

In the summer of 2005, a group of students came together to create a community energy conservation project in the small town of Shelburne, Ontario. Their goal was to reduce the electricity consumption by 5%. To accomplish this ambitious goal, the RTJ team worked to educate people in the community on an individual basis on their doorsteps.

The RTJ team wished to inspire the community with their message and eventually inspire other communities to do the same.

Explore our web pages to find out what took place, and how you can still get involved and find ways that you can begin to conserve electricity in your home today!
